Insurance Information

• This office typically accepts assignment meaning that you are responsible for your copayment, deductible, coinsurance or non-covered charges at the time of service. Then we submit your claim to your insurance company and receive payment from them. 

• We accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. 

• Payment plans are available for patients who require treatment, but are unable to pay in full at the time of service.  
• Pay for your chiropractic treatment with pre-tax dollars and save.  If your employer sponsors a health care spending program in which you participate, ask us for a receipt for any payments you make. It is certainly worth an inquiry to find out if your company sponsors a plan.

• If another driver causes the accident, we will work directly with the other driver's insurance for payment. The patient may not be required to make payments upfront or during care except for nutritional items or supports.  Attorney liens
